For all UK standard shipping orders, delivery is between 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. Please note that over bank holiday weekends and busy time periods such as Christmas, there may be slight delays with our Standard Delivery service. 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

UK Next Day Delivery Costs £5.99 (Free when you spend over £100)

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 1pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

UK Saturday Deliver Costs £9.99

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 1pm to be delivered on Saturday.

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

*Items eligible for next-day delivery that are purchased after the Friday 1 pm cutoff will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, as our operational hours do not include weekends.

International STANDARD shipping time frame is between 4-8 working days.

International EXPRESS shipping time frame is between 2-3 working days.

Depending on the value of your order, your TSHKA parcel may or may not be charged a customs or import duties. If this is the case, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charge may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Pre-orders will be shipped out on the date stated the product page. If there are any delays or changes to this date, customers will be notified via email. 

No further information will be available on pre-order items. Once your order is sent out you will receive an email. If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item is in stock. 

No - TSHKA is solely based online which means we do not have a storefront to accommodate pick ups.

Once you’ve placed your order, the order starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. This means you can’t cancel your order once it has been placed.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address provided during checkout. This helps ensure the security and accuracy of your order.

UK orders all tend to be sent via Royal Mail, to track your Royal Mail order:

  1. Enter ‘Royal Mail Tracking’ into the google search engine
  2. Select the link that is titled ‘TRACK AND TRACE - TRACK YOUR ITEM’
  3. Enter the tracking number emailed to you by the shipping team. If you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox then check your spam/ junk folder.

The information provided on the Royal Mail tracking information page is the only tracking information the customer and TSHKA has access too. For further information on your parcel please contact Royal mails customer service team on -  0345 774 0740 

International orders tend to all be sent via DPD, to track your DPD order:

  1. Enter ‘DPD Tracking’ into the google search engine
  2. Select the link that is titled ‘DPD TRACKING - DPD’
  3. Enter the tracking number emailed to you by the shipping team. If you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox then check your spam/ junk folder. Also enter your postcode below the tracking number where prompted.

The information provided on the DPD tracking information page is the only tracking information the customer and TSHKA has access too. For further information on your parcel please contact the DPD customer service team in your country via - DPD LOCAL CONTACT HELP

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact the delivery courier if your package is taking too long to arrive and they will work with you to resolve any situation. TSHKA thoroughly inspects each item prior to hipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged items while in transit. 

You should receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Sometimes these notifications end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders prior to contacting us.If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item in that order is in stock.

FURTHER INFORMATION

Shipping expenses are non-refundable, given that the shipping fee is already discounted during the checkout process.
