For all UK standard shipping orders, delivery is between 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. Please note that over bank holiday weekends and busy time periods such as Christmas, there may be slight delays with our Standard Delivery service.
UK Next Day Delivery & Saturday Delivery (Order by 1pm Mon- Fri)
UK Next Day Delivery excludes Sundays and Bank holidays. Please note that over busy time periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, these time frames may be extended to 2 days instead of the next day. Please note we do not work on the weekends, any next day delivery orders made on Friday will be received on Tuesday.
International STANDARD shipping time frame is between 4-8 working days.
International EXPRESS shipping time frame is between 2-3 working days.
Depending on the value of your order, your TSHKA parcel may or may not be charged a customs or import duties. If this is the case, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charge may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Pre-orders will be shipped out on the date stated the product page. If there are any delays or changes to this date, customers will be notified via email.
No further information will be available on pre-order items. Once your order is sent out you will receive an email. If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item is in stock.
No - TSHKA is solely based online which means we do not have a storefront to accommodate pick ups.
Once you’ve placed your order, the order starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible. This means you can’t cancel your order once it has been placed.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address provided during checkout. This helps ensure the security and accuracy of your order.

International orders tend to all be sent via DPD, to track your DPD order:
- Enter ‘DPD Tracking’ into the google search engine
- Select the link that is titled ‘DPD TRACKING - DPD’
- Enter the tracking number emailed to you by the shipping team. If you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox then check your spam/ junk folder. Also enter your postcode below the tracking number where prompted.

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact the delivery courier if your package is taking too long to arrive and they will work with you to resolve any situation. TSHKA thoroughly inspects each item prior to hipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged items while in transit.
You should receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Sometimes these notifications end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders prior to contacting us.If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item in that order is in stock.
Shipping costs are not refunded at any cost as the shipping price is already discounted at checkout.
