Shipping

Please Note: During holidays and times of high volume (for example: black friday, christmas & new years week), some deliveries may be subject to delays. Please be patient as we are doing our best to make sure that the courier service receives the package as soon as possible, to allow them the extra time to process your order.

Dispatch Time

Please allow between 24-48 hours for your standard delivery order to be dispatched, unless it is a next day delivery order then it will be dispatched accordingly.

UK Standard Delivery 

For all UK orders Royal Mail aims to deliver standard deliveries between 3-5 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for. Please note that over bank holiday weekends and busy time periods such as christmas, there may be slight delays with our Standard Delivery service. 

UK Next Day Delivery & UK Saturday Delivery 

UK Next Day delivery (order by 1pm). TSHKA only posts on weekdays, so next day delivery orders made on the weekend, will be posted on the next working day. For Saturday delivery, your order must be placed before the 1pm cut off time on Friday. 

International Shipping & Express International Shipping.

All International orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Tracked. The International delivery time frame is between 5-7 working days.  All express international orders are shipped via DHL Express Tracked.The DHL EXPRESS delivery time frame is between 1-3 working days.
Depending on the value of your order, your TSHKA parcel may or may not be charged a customs or import duties. If this is the case, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately these charges are out of our hands and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charge may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Pre-order Items 

Pre-orders will be shipped out on the date stated on our website. If there are any delays or changes to this date, customers will be notified via email. No further information will be available on pre-order items. Once your order is sent out you will receive an email. If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is in stock. 

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

Delayed Deliveries

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact the delivery courier if your package is taking too long to arrive and they will work with you to resolve any situation.
TSHKA are not liable for delayed parcels and we do not refund shipping costs at any cost as the shipping price is already discounted at checkout. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. Sometimes these notifications end up in your spam folder.
If you haven't received a tracking number or the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us via our email and we'll solve it!
