RETURNS & EXCHANGES
On The Odd Occasion That You May Want To Return or Exchange Your Items, We offer a credit note return or an exchange for items that are not defective, damaged and non sale and non ebook items up to 7 days after your delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, as-well as in a resalable condition. Any items that are not in a returnable condition, may be refused and you may also lose your item.
1. Email us with your order number (sales@tshka.com) to get our latest returns address. Even if you have returned something to us before, we are growing and our warehouse address is subject to change.
(Please do not send your item(s) back before speaking to a TSHKA representative)
2. Fill out the returns/ exchange form at the back of the ‘Thank you’ card that was sent with your parcel. If you cannot locate the card, add a note in your parcel with your Name & order number and 'Refund’ or ‘Exchange’ on it.
3. Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice. We advise tracked shipping. We also advise to keep your proof of postage when shipping back your returns.
4. If you are prompted to add the parcel value, please put the item value of the parcel as $20 or under. If this is not done we may not be able to accept your return.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy time frame is 7 days from the date of receipt. (With 10 days (14 days for international customers) for us to receive the item(s) from the day we email you our returns address). Any item(s) received outside of these time frames may not be accepted and you may lose your item.
We do not offer return Labels, Returns must be covered by the customer. We also do not refund shipping at any costs as we offer a discounted shipping rate at checkout.
Once your return is checked approved, your return will be refunded via store credit. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods at all.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your credit note/ exchange once your return is received.

Once your return is checked approved, you will be emailed a delivery invoice to be paid for the exchange to be shipped out. If no specific shipping method has been requested by the customer, you will be invoiced the standard shipping rate.
Also if the exchanged item is of more value, you will be emailed the excess amount. If the value is less, you will be issued a credit note with the remaining balance.
Once the invoice is paid, your exchange will be shipped out within 1-2 business days.
Any package returned to us by Royal Mail, will automatically be refunded to a credit note. The shipping cost will be deducted as well as a £5 compensation fee.
A credit note is an electronic note issued by a business to a customer in place of a refund. A credit note acts like a voucher/ gift card that can only be used for the particular business that issued the credit note.
Credit notes will expire 1 year after the issue date. Credit notes can be used on any item in the TSHKA store. If you pay partly with a credit note and partly with another payment method, any refunds will be processed back solely on a new credit note. Once a credit note is processed, you will receive an email with your code, amount available on your credit note and the expiry date.

TSHKA is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, delayed, damaged or stolen in-transit. We also do not offer refunds for lost, damaged or packages stolen in transit.
Please Note: During holidays and times of high volume (for example: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas & New year week), returns are subject to delays.
