TSHKA is not an acronym, the name derives from the owners name.
We are based in the UK.
To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
No - TSHKA is solely based online which means we do not have a storefront to accommodate pick ups.

We are currently working on getting more variety of sizes in our products, however our suppliers are very limited when it comes to sizes and currently only offer sizes 6-20, but it is something we are striving for as we want to be as inclusive as possible.
Standard UK Shipping delivery within 2-4 days (excludes Sundays & bank holidays)
UK Next Day Delivery Shipping delivery the next day (excludes Sundays & bank holidays)
UK Saturday Shipping delivery on Saturday (Order by 1pm Friday)
International Standard Shipping delivery within 4-8 working days
International Express Shipping delivery within 2-3 working days
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address provided during checkout. This helps ensure the security and accuracy of your order.
UK orders all tend to be sent via Royal Mail, to track your Royal Mail order:
- Enter ‘Royal Mail Tracking’ into the google search engine
- Select the link that is titled ‘TRACK AND TRACE - TRACK YOUR ITEM’
- Enter the tracking number emailed to you by the shipping team. If you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox then check your spam/ junk folder.
The information provided on the Royal Mail tracking information page is the only tracking information the customer and TSHKA has access too. For further information on your parcel please contact Royal mails customer service team on - 0345 774 0740
International orders tend to all be sent via DPD, to track your DPD order:
- Enter ‘DPD Tracking’ into the google search engine
- Select the link that is titled ‘DPD TRACKING - DPD’
- Enter the tracking number emailed to you by the shipping team. If you cannot find the tracking number in your inbox then check your spam/ junk folder. Also enter your postcode below the tracking number where prompted.
The information provided on the DPD tracking information page is the only tracking information the customer and TSHKA has access too. For further information on your parcel please contact the DPD customer service team in your country via - DPD LOCAL CONTACT HELP
- We only offer credit note returns and exchanges.
- Customers must contact our customer service team (sales@tshka.com) within 7 days of receipt of the item(s), for the exchange or return instructions.
- Sale items purchases are final.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own postage returns, we advise customers to obtain proof of postage just in case their order is lost on its way back to TSHKA.
As we are a UK based company, our products will come with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match sizes in your country. Check out our size guide which is available on every product page under the 'SIZE GUIDE' Drop down option.
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer a wholesale service or authorise any reselling of our products.
